“For me, photography is to place head, heart and eye along the same line of sight. It is a way of life.”
― Henri Cartier-Bresson
I was three years old when I first lifted that toy Fisher-Price camera to my eye. I didn’t know it then, but I was already learning how to hold time still.
Since then, I’ve worn many titles — daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother — but the most consistent one has been “Memory keeper.” I’m a guardian of blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments. The observer of quiet glances and gentle interrupter of chaos with, “Okay, but this is beautiful.” I carry a camera the way some people carry a compass — always searching for light, for stories unfolding around me and for the quiet poetry hidden inside ordinary moments.
Working with high school seniors and families means standing in the middle of becoming. Seniors on the brink of everything. Families in the thick of everything. My job? To bottle that magic — the confidence, the tenderness, the pandemonium, and the beautifully unscripted moments that feel like you.
Life isn’t meant to be perfectly posed.
It’s meant to be deeply lived.
And lucky for you… I brought my camera. 📸✨
I'm fortunate to have the incredible support of my fun-loving husband {and sidekick} as we laugh and love our way through life while raising two adorable daughters and a corgi in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, PA.
